Company Overview

The Flagg Road Cooperative Association was established in 1994. The organization is a property that houses qualified families based on income and eligibility. The criteria used to determine said eligibility is communicated by our founding sponsor organization, West Hartford Interfaith Housing Coalition. Cooperative members contribute 250 hours of sweat equity as a deposit when accepted as a member in one of the 10 units on the affordable housing property.
